By using Okiynai Shops, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the platform.
2. What You Can and Cannot Do
You get limited license to use Okiynai tools to build and manage your store. You may not: - Reverse engineer, hack, or sabotage the system - Violate others' rights - Upload viruses or defraud people or misuse AI tools
3. You Are Responsible
Everything you post or approve in your store - whether manually or AI-generated - is your responsibility. Don't use the platform for illegal, harmful, or suspicious activities.
4. Accounts and Security
To use most features, you need an account. Use real information and keep your login secure. We are not responsible if someone hacks your account due to your negligence in protecting it.
5. Content and AI Outputs
You own your original content. AI-generated content becomes yours once you approve it. We may use anonymized data to improve the platform.
6. Tokens and AI Agent
The AI agent uses tokens. You'll get some free tokens each month, and can buy more. Token costs vary by action. Cheating or exploiting the system leads to banning.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features cost money. Pricing, renewals, and cancellation information are on the pricing page. All payments are final unless we state otherwise.
8. Suspension or Banning
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate the rules. In serious cases, this can happen without warning.
9. AI Isn't Perfect
The AI agent is a tool - not a guarantee. Check what it gives you. We're not responsible for errors, losses, or chaos from bad outputs.
10. Privacy and Data
Check our privacy policy to see how we handle your data. We use encryption and security best practices, but you're also responsible for protecting your data.
11. Legal Matters
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt (Cairo). If there's a dispute, it will be handled in Cairo courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update the terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you. Using the platform after changes means you agree to the new terms.
